JOB OPPORTUNITY | Receptionist in Pretoria

LHR is inviting applications for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our Pretoria office.

LHR seeks to employ a self-motivated, energetic receptionist.  The applicant should have the following competencies and attributes:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Strong knowledge of working in a legal environment;
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
  • Accurate numeracy as well as good computer skills;
  • Professional and pleasant attitude;
  • Calm disposition and proven primary focus on serving the interests of clients in need;
  • Ability to manage high volumes of clients at a given time with empathy and professionalism as required;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills;
  • Excellent writing skills in English and preferably another South African language;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse team;
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus;
