2011 LHR has drafted a briefing paper outlining the need for South Africa to sign and domesticate both the 1954 Convention Relating to the Status of Stateless Persons and the 1961 Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness. This briefing was presented to the Department of International Relations and Cooperation on the 11th August 2011.
